If you are covered by United Concordia it is essential that you provide us with your insurance details to enable us to check your insurance is valid before your initial appointment.   We will make every endeavour to compile a treatment plan with the costs involved before starting treatment.  Please note that United Concordia will only pay for 1 x dental examination and 1 x hygiene appointment per year, regardless of the Dental Practice.

Please be aware you will be liable for any shortfall between the fees that you are charged by Abbey Dental Practice and those that United Concordia agree to pay.  There is a delay between appointment and payment so please be aware this may take 5-10 weeks before we are aware of these costs.

Abbey Dental will charge the following fees for ANY appointment cancelled on the day and for cancellations less than 24 hours’ notice.

£20 for 20 minute appointments

£30 for 30 minute appointments

£40 for 40 minute appointments

£50 for 50 minute appointments

£60 for 60 minute appointments

£100 for appointments over 60 minutes
